    The item was shipped as registered with tracking number, and it even arrived at his regional post office according to tracking. Then, it was miraculously just lost. I was in contact with the buyer the whole time; people who have cooperated with me since 2008 know how I handle and always trying to help everyone. Sorry, but I can't see why it is my fault for your regional post office incompetence. When you finally receive, I hope you have the boldness to correct and change your negative feedback.
