    Condition appears to be good, and was well packaged, though shipping was slow. Unfortunately, this part is NOT compatible with my Dell Optiplex 9020, contrary to its advertised specs. Though the fan appears to be the right size and shape, the plug is wrong (white, and larger than the slim, black plug on the original part). Mostly my own fault for using the computer's model number to search instead of the part number. Anyway, 9020 owners, use appropriate caution.

    Exactly as described, good condition, fan functions as expected, polished base of heatsink myself, (they all come rough direct from Dell), replaced one with dying fan with this one after polishing. Temps down 18 degrees C. Will buy from again.
