NOS is not the same as lightly used. New Old Stock means it hasn’t been used. I order two of these items. One was NOS as described. The other was obviously used with cable marks on the pulley. I contacted seller, they said to send it back. Not the worst eBay transaction I’ve had. I’ll shop elsewhere next time.
