The item was listed as NEW with tags. It is not new, not even close, and there are no tags whatsoever. I don't mind it being used if it were in better condition, but there are small black marks under the arm area, there are two stains that appear to be grease or oil or fabric softener, and the tank top has pilling. This should have been listed as "good" condition, and is most certainly not unworn.
