Unknowing that the "mail" was sent to my email. I got very concerned and contacted them. They responded very quickly and helped me through the process. MHO please be kind to seniors with more info! 😊

The Software diagnostics say its extremely smooth running just as new. Its easily replaceable battery and charger being its only fault makes this seller my instant favorite.
