There was nothing wrong with the item. It didn't fit my 2003 Dyna Wide Glide the way I intended for it to fit. There is interference with the wiring harness on the underside of the fender and I would need to install a shorter kickstand so the bike isn't sitting upright when it's parked. I really liked the height. I'm kinda bummed this didn't work out. The seller was great about returning the item. Good seller. Responsive and understanding.
