I went to the collection point (20 miles away) but the staff had no record even though I was able to give them all of my tracking details. I was then informed that a second delivery would be made after the weekend on Monday. As I was going to be away for the following week, I was able to reschedule the delivery.Finally 10 days on from the scheduled delivery day the package was delivered.
