Slow shipping, slow to answer questions When I sent pictures of poor stitching and two different colors the seller simply stated that they would contact the manufacturer. Apparently they only have items dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer and don’t keep up to date with the quality. Getting a return/ refund or a replacement product is certainly not something this seller is concerned about.
