Amount charged was $57 and ~$3.50 tax for an amount slightly over $60. Why? The round ring is much smaller. It is close to the 24 inches, but weighs less than a pound and came I'm a 4 inch by 1inch thick box. The links are spot welded( poorly), not the hammer forged in cover photo. It is spray painted black to imitate the old iron work. It appears functional, but not the decorative piece I needed for halloween. I think it's worth 13$, and not the 30$ it's priced
