    The item - Physix Gear Sport Orthotic Insoles - arrived promptly and was appropriately packaged. I bought them to try to improve the shock absorption in some Converse shoes after reading an article online suggesting they are good for this. Unfortunately they raise the heel too high for this type of shoe so probably won’t serve my purpose. However, they feel like a quality item and the cushioning under the heel and arch is firm but comfortable. In the right kind of shoe they’d be great
