The remote also works much better than the ViewTV model. The angle is not critical and the buttons respond on the first push unlike the ViewTV model. The only problem I've had is the playback volume of shows is lower than the recorded volume so I have to increase the TV volume whenever I playback a recording. The product arrived in good condition and was a great value.
