The listing clearly says AT&T USA network ONLY. His unlock was denied and we informed the device is not locked to AT&T. (We specifically asked buyer to make sure before order). We kept giving him replacement unlocks and we processed TOTAL OF 4 IMEIs. Even AT&T network verified these devices do not meet unlocking requirements. Then he left us a negative feedback even if it was completely his mistake and even when we were more than happy to issue him a full refund. PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDER.
