Waited 10 plus days then contacted seller. They said check with usps the shipper. No problem. Called the local post office. Said it was more than likely lost in shipment. Contacted seller. Asked what to do. They said we will refund you even though we aren’t responsible. I totally agree. Not their fault. Ordered another one from them. Both showed up the same day.

Due to a typo in the listing, I was under the impression that I was buying a name brand part but what arrived was a similar aftermarket one. I contacted the seller. Communication was quick and a resolution was made for a return. Although I did not get the part that I wanted the seller made the extra effort to resolve the issue. Great communication and customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
