They allowed me to switch the wooden shaft for a carbon one and gave me a fair price for it. They also shipped out my cue the same day that I ordered and it was at my door two days after that. They packaged it extremely well in the free hard case to where it couldn't move or jiggle around at all. I was very leery of ordering such an expensive cue from Ebay but no more! Would use them again 1000%!
