I’ve had my septum pierced for 8 years and have never had issues with jewelry. I bought two 8g septum rings, keep in mind I’ve been at a size 8 for over a year now. No issues. I put this jewelry in and within a few days, my nose was very achy, and the jewelry smells like nickels. My septum is now inflamed and has puss. I’ve never had this issue before, low quality jewelry.
