    Received eventually, dispatched 3 days after payment. Quality is very good though, ferments as expected, lovely, creamy and tasty. Fermented at approx 20-22 degrees for 24hrs, and after a few fermentation cycles grains have significantly increased and now making 2ltrs every 24hrs. More than enough grains to allow some to be put in fridge to rest.
