The ‘New’ die is corroded in spots both inside and out (see pics) but the negotiated ‘make offer’ price was acceptable to me. It was my decision not to ask for a refund or replacement. I’m sure the seller would have honored it. ‘Buyer responsible for shipping’ clause makes it not worth it to return.
