    Buyer beware!! This is my first negative feedback on any product I’ve bought from EBay. Purchased an “open box” roof rack for my Can Am. The description only stated an open box. It did not mention there were bent, twisted and smashed and missing parts!! I contacted the seller and they said they would get back to me. Contacted them 2 or 3 times now and no response. I told them I would bend the lateral side bar back but I still needed the missing crossbar. I will consider it a loss at this point.

    Purchased on Oct 26th, and today is Nov 6th, I have nothing. I sent a message asking if my order was ok. NO reply so I filed a case as its past the delivery date and there is no tracking information. No reply again. No idea why a company with perfect feedback would completely ignore me.
