    This item was packed well enough that even with USPS very rugged handling which damaged the outer box, thankfully, the item arrived undamaged. The Dell M6600 was exactly as described and functions perfectly. Although the listing described the OS as Windows 10, it actually arrived with Windows 11, which was nice and appreciated.
