    I am keeping the lot! I am sorry that you were blindsided by mailing costs. The envelopes "WX TIED" does apear to be only Tied when hit with a postmark and is part of the Post Office cancellation. These envelopes are all unusual and they are not WX tied but are close with the date of the Christmas Seals (WX) attached on the rear of the sent envelope. There were few WX TIED envelopes among the lot. The value of the lot amounts to the date of the used US Postage stamp and a MH / WX value.
