    Seller immediately printed the label. One week goes by and it hasn't shipped. I messaged the seller. Another week goes by and no item and no message. So I opened a claim. Seller mails out the items 2 days later. Items arrived 1 week after claim. Items are as described. Only reason for the neutral review. Seller claimed they dropped off the items initially but the post office lost them. Items were never accepted at post office. Seller didnt do anything until I filed a claim against them.

    As stated in response to claim, item was dropped off in USPS BOX. BOX not POST OFFICE. Of course it wouldn't be accepted. It's a BOX. Again, as stated in my message. BOX, not USPS POST OFFICE. Had USPS check said box, when nothing was in there, I immediately mailed out replacement, which buyer received.
