    Received items as described, the packaging was great, and shipping was reasonable. Was going to rate the seller as neutral because they sent an offer AFTER my order but wouldn't honor their offer. I contacted the seller who claimed it was a fluke. Then I saw a "suggested for you" of the same exact items with a price the same as the offer they sent but refused to honor. Not a great way to do business, thus the negative rating.

    the offer that was send was for another listed ornament set, The buyer must have watched that one as well. I never saw a message asking to match that price, just a message asking why he received the offer. I thought it must have been a mistake, but I think it was because of the other ornament set.
