    My experience with the seller is very positive. She did not realize that that items were past their best by date… I sent her a message and pictures showing this, she was very apologetic and stated she will issue a refund.     The seller was polite and prompt, but did refund the product because it was shipped in summer heat without protection like a freeze bag or bubble wrap. So it arrived liquified. This is the first time I was sent chocolate in just a priority envelope and the whole mailing was hot when I picked it up. Now I will make sure I ask a seller to explain the protection used to avoid melting.
