    The buyer is upset that his package sat in a drop-box for 48 hours over a weekend (Saturday to Monday) and it then arrived 5 days later on USPS Ground Advantage. I guess he expects us to hand deliver his already discounted items. We have perfect feedback up until this year with people wanting something for nothing.

    Item arrived broken. Was not wrapped…AT ALL.!! Who sends a glass jar tossed in a box taped shut. When I informed the seller, I was told I could get another glass jar, only I would have to pay for shipping which I might add cost more than the item I purchased. Not good for business!! Buyer beware. The pictures below are taken EXACTLY how I received it.

    We specifically told this buyer that a third party shipped this item for us. We accommodated this buyer by letting them keep the item and get a FULL refund on an item we had discounted 50% already. She got all of her money and all the decor free and only had to get herself another jar. We had PERFECT feedback before this buyer and never had any issues with a client to date. I gave her everything she ask for and more.
