Purchased an “open box” roof rack for my Can Am. The description only stated an open box. It did not mention there were bent, twisted and smashed and missing parts!! I contacted the seller and they said they would get back to me. Contacted them 2 or 3 times now and no response. I told them I would bend the lateral side bar back but I still needed the missing crossbar.
