The bad: item was not new. The packaging described a different shirt, the shirt itself came damp with a deep scent masking smell (probably febreze), was missing tags and had the size tag removed The ugly: the vendor has a history of this and did very little to alleviate the issue till I requested a full return. I will not buy from this vendor again.
