The item was as described new and came in good shape so all is well. Only issue I had was the controller is supposed to come with a month of game pass and the code doesn’t expire until 2027. Although when I tried to redeem the month of gamepass it said it had already been claimed. Besides that though everything is good. Fast shipping time and efficient seller!

Product box does not have information on number of hardware items to hang rope light. Wish seller could put that info in listing. Zip ties we're included for application. And, I'll Definitely need to find /buy more plastic clips for proper application indoors -where rope light is applied linear, not wrapped around structures.
