    Ordered wrong item, returned item to post office, "refused package". Started return with Ebay, did not use Ebay return shipping label, so Ebay closed return. Seller got package back damaged and missing parts. Seller filed claim with USPS, got his money back. Ebay refunded me $107.25 for an item that cost me $135.26, Ebay must have charged me for a shipping label I didn't use, not happy with partial refund. Shipping was $26.12, which I thought was a little high. Not happy with whole deal.

    Buyer purchased item at discounted price. I do not offer free shipping. It shipped same day. Buyer changed mind about purchase and initiated a return before it arrived at destination. I agreed to the return against my better judgment, as I do not normally accept returns. Instead of paying to have it shipped back or print a return label through ebay, he refused the package from USPS, and there was no tracking associated with the return. Item was damaged in transit and I had to file a claim.
