    The item is new. However it is the incorrect size. The ad says 3/4”x36”. I sent her a message asking if it was 3/4” outside diameter and she said yes. I ordered it and it is 3/4” inside diameter. I could have bought it at Home depot for 23.00. After shipping it was $50.00. I asked for a refund and shipping label and her response was go through eBay. I checked and it doesn’t cover the 22.00 shipping. Since I specifically asked about the demensions and she said yes I should get a full refund

    It was 3/4 inch. Said it on the label. It was 3/4. I refunded them volentarely including the shipping price. and told them they did not have to send it back..I was not made to pay them. Ebay said to wait for it to be shipped back.. I did not have to do that.I could of made the buyer ship it back and then only refund the purchase price.And then left neg. feedback..
