Obvious hack job refurb They were initially nice, but as I accepted their offer to return, they went ballistic. They accused me of A) Not opening the product at all B) swapping the item with my used item C) attempting to scam them, and "not breaking their security seals". They became very aggressive and hostile, along with the item not matching description.
