    Although I ran into an issue with the apc I was able to talk to the seller who worked with me. I thank him for the refund to replace an issue with the batteries. Unit was very well packaged & arrived in decent time. Once the replacement batteries were put in everything has been in working order. At.least when a string storm comes thru. My system is protected.
