Discussed with seller and he gave some possible solutions but they never fixed the issue. Also, the lining around the club dividers must have been worn and glued to make it appear in better shape but has since come apart after only a few uses. Lesson learned. Don't buy "used" even of the product is supposedly like new or in great condition.
