    The glasses were described as new with box. However they arrived with a small scuff inside one arm, and the box was quite roughed up. Neither pics nor description accounted for the flaws. I sent pics along with asking if item was perhaps gently used. The seller simply said no, they must have been damaged during shipping; nothing more. The box damage doesn’t seem recent (see pics). The flaw on glasses is minor tbh, but it’s disheartening to receive a response indicating seller doesn’t care.
