If he had he would have seen deep scratches and would not have bothered to list this useless item, as nobody with a conscience could have... Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. When made aware of the sad state of the DVD he promptly refunded my money. So, there's that... Ebay can be a great way to find rare and hard to find items...
