I had to return an item which didn't fit and shipped it back to Italy at significant expense. Italian customs wouldn't allow FedEx to deliver it to without a seller phone number. I emailed the seller, multiple times, explaining the situation and asking for a number. Seller took DAYS to respond, by which time, FedEx had sent it back to the U.S. I now have an item I don't need, no refund, and have needlessly paid for shipping to Italy.
