      This seller did everything correctly. Items were well packed and protected and there were at least 3 bright red "Fragile" stickers on the shipping box. Unfortunately the carrier did not treat the box as if there were fragile items within its contents and the box arrived smashed on one end. Somehow only one glass was broken in the process. The remaining 5 glasses are beautiful and in very good condition as described. This was a very good purchase even with 1 broken. I'd recommend this seller.

      i'm not sure where to start. in 14 years of ebay this is without a doubt the best and easiest transaction i've ever had. seller was out of town when i made my purchase. i left a text for them before they returned. i forgot they gone. i received a text right away that my bike would be sent out right away and they did send it out on tuesday. the bike was at my home on wed. p.m. it was in perfect condition still wrapped paper. the pack job was amazing as well, totally safe.
