Light changes with angle towards monitor, so not stuck pixel issue. Brighter than photos indicate. Slight drop in uniformity towards bottom of monitor. On the plus side: complete cable kit for install, very well packaged. Will probably keep despite defects, as monitor has mounting for Dell SoundBar, and no assurance that a replacement will be any better.
