Upon opening this box the shower head itself was scratched, the filter inside was dirty. After contacting the seller, they absolved themselves from all knowledge of the item, and how this had happened. Was even kind enough to suggest that customs took it out of the box, made it dirty and scratched it, repacked it, and sent it on. All whilst the seller knowing nothing about it.

Maybe that was just how the piston was locked at the time of removal or something. Seller was good, just not the thing I was exactly looking for.
