A few minor scratches on the housing and was dirty, but no structural damage and the mirror itself was in great condition. Part installed fine and adjustment motor operates well. Would recommend to other buyers to keep screws and foam insert from your old mirror assembly as they were not included with this part. I was able to use my old ones and everything worked out.
