When a seller has to respond to every negative review with rebutal. I've never had any complaints about the way I neatly fold each piece for shipping. Yes, it could have some wrinkles from shipping. Do you have an iron or steamer? You paid $44 for a $360 jacket - that's a great deal! If it was that horrible - "Please feel free to use our 30 day return policy" and get a 100% refund. Sorry you're having a bad day.
