    Bought as a gift, initial communication with seller good, rapidly went down hill. Sellers courier made multiple late evening delivery appointments, changed plans to receive items, each appointment delayed until cancelled late some at after 22:30. Items finally delivered by a different courier. Both shipped without any form of packing / protection. Both items received had extensive damage. Definitely not as described. A stressful and disappointing experience despite part refund.

    Disappointed with the feedback given by the buyer on this occasion. The items were shipped within days of payment and following this the courier had issues with his van which had broken down completely out of my hands. The buyer was asked on several occasions to sent a full video of the damage to bike and rower something which he did not do. Buyer also fails to mention in his feedback that I sent him a £200 refund for damage caused by the courier. A full refund was also offered for the items.
