But, Fed-Ex dropped the ball (pun intended) they must have thrown our box of heirloom dishes out the back of the truck on the freeway. (I may have exaggerated just a little). Several dishes were broken (smashed). Other than Fed-Ex being clowns the seller did a very good job wrapping. If they had not been wrapped so meticulously we would have lost the entire set. Seller giving us partial refund
