The unit didn't include the 2Tb HDD or DVD drive. Initial communication to sort this was slow. The drives were posted to me, no problem. The HDD hadn't been assigned a drive value. I had to sort this in DISKPART. A small refund £10 was eventually given after a debate & only after I had received a reduction in the 'buy it now' price for the same unit from the seller in my watchlist.
