      Ay first, great. And then you know why. A sham. The bracelet wasn't all it should be. The silver had deeper gouges than lead on. Not huge. The gold monogram said "TERRY". And was buffed out as much as possible. Not leaving much gold. None of this was disclosed, of course. Bad excuses offered, and a partial refund. Turned it down for the full refund. Then I was ghousted. This all has the stink of delibrate.
