Shipment was prompt and arrived quickly, but the customer service agent I spoke to regarding a minor shipping concern could use a little training on how to politely handle unsatisfiable requests. The shipping cost was a bit high, but that's not the seller's fault as they mostly just passed through the freight cost.

They contacted me right away and were unaware of the reason for it themselves. Since EBay is responsible for the shipping tags, we assume there must have been an issue with the label itself for some reason. They sent it back out as soon as they got it back and I got the part very quickly. Very happy with the product and the company as a whole!
