- d***f (1547)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseReceived this computer mouse with a broken cable. I offered to take a partial refund if I repair the cable and Seller denied. They only offer refunds upon returning items, but it’s not convenient for me to return. Bad communication. No reasoning. Won’t be buying from this Seller again.Reply from: avon.eri- Feedback replied by seller avon.eri.- Feedback replied by seller avon.eri.The buyer initially requested a return, which we accepted. Instead of completing the return, the buyer demanded a partial refund, then closed the return request and left negative feedback. This appears to be an attempt to obtain a partial refund without returning the item. As sellers, we followed the proper process and offered a return, which the buyer declined in favor of seeking a discount. When the partial refund was not granted, the buyer became upset.
