Instead of being apologetic and understanding they argued and told me to return it- putting the burden on me instead of just offering a refund which would be justified. I’ve never dealt with a seller like this before. The picture you sent me and the one you attached here show a factory defect/misprint. I apologized multiple times and paid for your return shipping label. I do not normally leave bad reviews but this seller is unaccountable, prideful, and more concerned with defending his ego than resolving issues honestly or fairly.
