    The seller was excellent and the item arrived well packaged and NEW and unopened as stated in the listing. The shipping was really fast and I was very happy with it. The device itself was defective and the blue port didn't work on the output. As pictured I took it apart and tested ever port for a connection with a multimeter to find the issue. Once the issue was determined I was able to fix the connection and everything works now. This is the risk of buying old electronics, used or unused.
