    I ordered and received both “soup” bowls on 01/06/2025 however, one of the bowls was completely broken so I emailed the Seller without response back! I included pics of what I received and asked what their refund policy was for the broken bowl. Again, I have yet to receive a response

    I replied to buyers messages on 1/7 the following day after message was received. I refunded buyer for the bowl that was damaged in shipping on 1/7 as well. I feel that a response the following day as well as a refund for the damaged item was fair and seller agreed.
