The late arrival may have been out of their hands, however there was no information from eBay or the Royal Mail as to whether this item had even been shipped or was in the process of being sent. I was given a tracker number which didn't work and I was also unable to contact the seller, and without these two options I was in the dark. Not a great experience.Reply from: prawn-cufflinks- Feedback replied by seller prawn-cufflinks.- Feedback replied by seller prawn-cufflinks.As explained, the package was marked as dispatched and sent using a tracked service which only updates at the point of delivery. The customer could not accept that there was no in-progress information. The package was one day later than estimated when the customer initially contacted us - making numerous allegations about dishonesty, when it was actually a delay at their local delivery office. An equally unpleasant experience for us due to the buyer allowing impatience to evolve into paranoia.
